“For many things in life, you get what you pay for. Housing, especially in Orange County, is no exception. Olive Tree Apartments is a gated community with a pool, laundry room, and is pet-friendly. The stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and large rooms are great but the location beats everything else. It is so central to everything. You are 24 minutes from CSU Long beach and 21 minutes from Disneyland. You are within walking distance of Kmart, Home Depot, Albertson's, and dozens of restaurants. The grounds are clean and the fauna is lush and well groomed. You pay a little extra here but you get what you pay for.”
